Welcome to the final week of my 4-Week Workout Challenge! Hopefully you are feeling amazing, stronger and healthier at this point in the challenge! You have done an awesome job sticking with the workouts and getting to this point.
Remember, consistency and determination are more important than motivation. You made the choice to stick with each workout and that is what has gotten you this far into the challenge.
