It’s workout time! I hope you enjoy this week’s workout schedule.
We have five amazing and effective home workouts on the planner this week. Get ready for some variety, and a wonderful workout challenge that you can do anywhere.

LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! I’m 50 yo (mom of 2) and found your workouts about 2 years ago. I have been a gym rat since I was 19yo. I’ve been through the aerobics era, weight training, gym classes, small group personal training, and had a private personal trainer (former NFL athlete). A few years ago I started having trouble with my piriformis and that is when I quit the gym and heavy weights. I found you on a google search for “physical therapist workout” – I guess occupational therapist got me to you. I have been doing your workouts in my dining room ever since. I have been told (and I agree) that my physique is better than ever – I have always been on the bulky muscle side. You have leaned me out and given me a wonderful feminine physique. I’m loving it! Even better, my daughters have started doing home workouts too 🙂 My favorite workouts are from your first bikini competition series. You are a blessing!
