This is a great full body workout. It was challenging, and I really felt it in my core. This workout will help tone your arms, legs, thighs, stomach and back. It also implements cardio bursts to increase the fat burn and keep your heart rate up throughout the workout.
I’m sorry it took me a few days to get the breakdown for this workout posted. Jesse and I have been house hunting, and it’s very time consuming.

Hi Melissa! I added the “rotating scissor tap” and into my own work out on Wednesday, and then I did your famous “knee drop planks” in yesterday’s workout! I can really feel it in my low abs!! Finally!! Thank you. You are truly an inspiration. Thank you for pushing yourself so hard- it pushes me too!!

Hi, I weigh 170 pounds and am 5 ft4. I can’t live like this anymore. I tried diet and exercise but it lasted about 4 days because I was hungry ALL the time, I couldn’t finish a 30 minute cardio workout. And now I’m back to eating hamburgers and chips all the time. I feel so fat, I look so fat. I cry everyday about how uncomfortable I am with my body. The exercise part isn’t the hard part, it’s just the eating which is such a struggle. 🙁 you really are an inspiration. If you can do it, so can I do… thanks~ @Daisy H.
