Hi Everyone! 

Welcome to Day 1 of the Lower Body Challenge! I posted the Fitness Challenge for this exercise challenge last night. You can find it here! We will be repeating the fitness challenge 1X per week, so be sure to record your time and number of rounds so you can see your level of fitness progress.

This is a great workout for your lower body. You will work the muscles from every angle to improve your muscular balance, strength and shape.

  1. Love this. Thank you. Love working my lower body and love your videos.
    Been following you for a year now. At first I noticed some changes in my body and all was good now I seem to have plateau’d and not losing weight but bulking out. Not sure why as I’m eating cleaner than ever. Let’s hope it’s a phase.

  2. I did this workout yesterday and my hamstrings are so sore today! I am 9 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby but in good shape because if workouts like these!! Thank you so much
