Hi Everyone!

This was my workout last night. One round is quick, it takes only 10 minutes so it’s easy to make time for this one. 🙂

I repeated the workout twice, and it felt great to get my heart rate up. I love the fat burning, and muscle building benefits of HIIT workouts. It’s also great cardiovascular cross training if you are a runner. This style of workout will help increase your VO2 Max, and get your body used to maintaining a harder effort.

I hope you all enjoy the workout! Time to get sweaty!
Melissa

  1. I am 23 5.6 and I can’t lose weight I’ve tried for over 6 months now and I haven’t lost a pound. I found out I was allergic to wheat in January and haven’t had it in my system so you would think I would lose something I just feel like my love handled are consuming me. I work out six days a week mixing up running interval training weights and cardio and it won’t budge I have been 168 for over a year now? Help???

Hey Emily, are you eating enough? There are websites you can visit that can estimate your daily caloric requirement. Often not eating enough can stall weight loss. Keep the ship running smooth by giving it fuel when it needs it.
