  2. Congrats to you. This sounds like a good starter dvd or a nice addition for people who want a faster pace on most days. I like how she talks about straining and explains everything. I’m interested in getting a ball. fitness ball.

    Mildly intriguing. I have Adult ADHD-PI, so repetitive workouts are out of the question. Even circuit training is an attention-killer. So when you say, “so you don’t get bored”, I have to ask; have you ever tried instructing someone whose mind is in a million places simultaneously and occasionally comes back the here and now?
