Marie joined me for a workout today. This is a beginner workout, that will work your entire body. Marie is going to do a run this evening to add some cardio to this workout.
I also included some pictures of Marie’s progression. These are her before and after photos.
The photo in the black shirt is from December (about 10 days after she had her baby), the photo with the baby is from February when she did a workout with me, and the photo in the pink is from today. Marie has gotten much stronger.
This is actually the fourth video Marie has done with me. To see some more beginner workouts with Marie you can check out the “Guest Star” tab above, or click on these links:

I’m just about to get started. I found your blog on pinterest and am anxious to get going! I was curious if your workout will work just as well for men? My boyfriend is looking for something new to do from home, will this work for him?
This would definitely work for him as well. I have had guys guest star in some of my videos and they were all shocked at how challenging the workouts are. Also, my husband does them with me all the time. 🙂 I hope you enjoy the workouts. Keep me posted on your progress!
Marie has really transformed herself fully. Also Melissa, you too look great. Both of you have become an inspiration for many of the women in the world.. Keep going! 🙂

Hi melissa, I came across your utube exercise ” How to lose belly fat in 10 days” so glad I came to your blog. That exercise was to much for right now.Ha ha. I have lung problems due to smoking many years an last year I decided to quit, I was on oxegen all day. So I had to have my lungs heal before I could exercise. They are still healing but I’am no longer using the oxegen all day,, only when I sleep, I treadmill for 30mins 3times a weak an have my own weider gym. The treadmill I use at our local rec center. But I love your beginner workout, I make it just a little shorter (because of my lungs) but it is a great workout for me an I will continue to use it an hopefully work up to a greater one. Thanks so much
I have recently lost 30 pounds, but have hit a plateau and am getting a bit discouraged about. So I figured I would concentrate more on toning than losing more weight. I came across your video on pinterest and absolutely love it. Is there any pointers you can give me about breaking through the plateau that I have hit? Thanks a bunch!
Hi. I just had a baby about 11 weeks ago and I am READY to get back in shape. I’m just 5 pounds shy of my pre-pregnancy weight, so weight loss isn’t the big issue. My main concern is the lack of tone (all over) that my body now has, and the new areas of cellulite. I came across your beginner full body toning work out. Would you recommend this for me? And if so, is this a work out I should do 6 days a week or should I incorporate other workouts as well? Thank you!!!
Absolutely! I also created a 6-Week Postpartum Workout series: Postpartum & Beyond: Workout #1
