30-Day Booty Sculpt: Move of the Day Challenge



Hi Everyone!

Below I have posted each video for our Booty Sculpt Challenge Move of the Day. These exercises are designed to work your Glutes from every angle to make them stronger and more shapely. Strong glutes do more than just make your butt look good in jeans. They also keep your pelvis in the proper position, and help protect your low back and spine. Strong glutes help prevent an anterior pelvic tilt.

For the next 30 days, a different daily exercise move will be posted here each day. This challenge is focused on the lower body. If you need a rest day, that’s okay, just extend the challenge, or stack the next day with two moves.

You can add these moves on to your regular workouts as an added challenge. You can tag me in social media with your move of the day! Daily Check Ins can help keep you more accountable with sticking to your workouts.
