Hi Everyone,

The workout video and breakdown are posted below. Tonight’s workout will help shape your entire body. It should get your heart rate up, and your blood pumping. The exercises are designed to help tone and tighten your entire body. It’s a fun challenge.

Tonight I also did a “Fit Test” with my brother in law. He has made a resolution to make some healthy lifestyle changes, and improve his health and fitness this year. He is going to be sharing his journey to lose weight.

Today we did timed exercises to get a baseline and see what he can do so we can set goals from there. He will be joining me in some of my workouts videos, as well as talking about his goals. I am so excited to help him achieve each one of his targets. He did great today, and pushed through my fitness test even when he was exhausted.

Stay tuned because I have some fun ideas for this year!

  1. This looks like a great workout!
I will be doing this tonight.

Nutrition wise, I am trying to figure out a good ratio for Carbs/Proteins/Fats and have no idea what I should start at. Do you follow any kind of ratio?

Looking forward to following this workout and training w it to get my body % down, do you do anything like cardio on top of this? Would love for advice:) feel free to email me at jojo5852 @ aim. com

  3. I completed this workout today. I do love that you mix things up daily. I think that is why I get bored with working out. I do have multiple workout programs I can use to mix it up but it is nice to try new things to. Thanks again for sharing with all of us! I do have a question but not sure if you really get a chance to answer people. Can I change up the program to have my two days off on the weekend! I like to have my weekends to relax, not to mention those are my longest days at work too.

Has anyone done an entire month and did you see results? I’m starting today and just wanted to see what your thoughts are.

  5. Thank you for sharing your workouts, meal plans, and positive vibes. Your style of video making is reassuring and encouraging. If a competition winner is challenged, then it’s okay for me to feel how difficult it is. I won’t be competing but I do want to look like a bikini model for my 30th birthday. I know that following your videos will get me there. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!.
P.S. your cat is super cute!
